I'd like to know if is there a way to change your flag on wormnet lobby, cause even though i have my regional settings adjusted to Serbia, my flag is a whole red one with a question mark point. I've also noticied that programs such as BaP and Snooper the lastest flags added (for example:chile and serbia) are not available.
I think maybe some script editing might solve the problem, since with those programs i mentionated before u can change your flag many times u want.

Which version of windows do you have? I seem to remember that on some older versions it's not always accurate, especially with more obscure countries like Serbia.

I'm serbian too and i'm having the same problem. I think theres no way to do it.

Btw, this program BaP works with the lastest patch?
