I have heard before that it is possible to edit the weapons you have in Missions. How is this done?

By editing the ..\data\mision\*.wam files on your CD.

You could make an editable CD image or download WormKit (http://worms.thecybershadow.net/wormkit/) and extract the files to your WA directory (default C:\Team17\Worms Armageddon), then unpack the files in the FileOverride folder (which is in WormKitModules) to your WA directory. Then go to My Computer and right-click your WA CD and click explore. Then go to Data\Mission and make a copy of whatever mission.wam you want to edit. Then go to your WA directory again and go to the Data folder and make another folder in there called Mission. Paste your copy of the mission.wam into that folder and open it with Note Pad. Then scroll down to your team or CPU team/s and edit or add new weapons (-1 ammo is infinite). Then save the file and launch WormKit.exe, not WA.exe. Then go to missions and go to the mission that you edited and play it (mission0.wam is Pumpkin Problems then it goes up in order so mission32.wam is Spectral Recovery). I am not yet sure how to change the terrain of a mission though.

In the .wam [Description] section, the Name value indicates the number for the .img file to use (it's \Data\Mission\missionX.img, where X is the value of the Name parameter).

Have you actually read Cybershadow's previous post?
It's exactly what you asked.

Yeah but use your own terrain that you've made.
