Hello,

we´ve a little problem. I hope, i can explain it in english. We are 4 Persons, which want to play online. 3 Persons are at the same place, connecting with a router (Network). I´m at another place with a router too. We have forwarded the ports like it is explained at http://www.spadger.uk.ro/. We also use the IP Changer. Now i can connect to one of the three others, but then no other can join. The same, if i host a game and the others try to get in. The three can play together. How can we manage to play together (all 4 of us)?
Thank you for help!

i think the problem is that the 3 people playing off the router all have the same wan IP address and that this conflicts. (you host, 1st person joines, IP = 250.230.60.4, 2nd person joins IP = 250.230.60.4 and they get rejected due to someone already in the game is using that IP address... same for the 3rd person)

networking uses your networks IP address and this is generally different for each pc if they are to be networked to begin with... thus no conflict.

I have a similar problem here. I'm not a computer freak, so I don't really know IP address and all that stuff. The thing is, I cannot play with anybody. I try to connect to their game, but it turns out that it says: "Searching for a Worms2 game" and it never connects. Same with other people who try to enter my game when I create one? All firewall settings for the game have been turned off. I play demo, just incase if that has to do with anything. Why is this happening?

The 3 others can play, and you and one of the others, but not all 4 of you because of your setup. Sorry.

I did everything spadger said to do, it took me a half hour but i got it all done, and still nothing works. Could the problem be on the end of the person trying to connect to me? Or could it be that i couldnt figure out how to forward the range of ports 1000-3212 without going through and doing them one by one. Any suggestions?

for the original poster... maybe try using hamachi on one of the pc's and see if both of them can play with a 3rd person over the web?
