well ,, i'm not that good player ,, but i'm trying to fire rope while flying or while relaeasing a rope before ,,, means that i fire a rope ,, i release him in air ,, i fire it again so i can catch another thing ,,, and i realese again ,, etc ,,, the problem is that i can do this just twice then the third time that i try to fire while flying ,, it dosen't work ,,,, any help ! any solution ,, thx

Go to your weapon scheme and increase the "power" of the rope. Increasing it to 5 will give you infinite rope swings. That is, you can re-fire it as much as you like until you fall off or run out of turn time. At any other power, the number of rope swings is limited. I think it's from between 0 - 3. There was a page that said it somewhere...

What does that mean 1/3 roping friction?

You'll bounce off walls more violently. Don't know how exactly to put it, but roping feels stronger, you'll build up speed more easily.
