The voices are not downloaded. If you have a custom voice, only you will hear it. It doesn't make any difference if someone else has it too.

If the other player has put the speechbank in a folder with the exact same name, he will hear it too.

That's the reason why you should never change the original folder name of a speechbank when downloading or uploading.

The only thing I wonder is, if such a folder name is case sensitive or not.
