I am trying to play worms2 online and I downloaded and ran the latest patch but it cannot recognize it for some reason, there is the usual massage that says I need to get a patch.

I tried reinstalling, I have all the latest software I can think of...... what can I do to play online (walk me through it step by step if you can, please:) ).

if you have a try media version then get the latest version from trymedia... getting the updates/patches from somewhere else will most likely not work.

if you have the cd and the patch dont work then i do not know how to solve your problem.
