Why does everytime I double click on the uk connection does my game crash. I lose all control over my computer and I have to restart. If it helps when I bought the downloadable version it worked. Then I got a refund and got the disc Sold Out software and it didn't work.
Any suggestions

Does your game actually crash, or are you just stuck waiting with an unusable exit button and a "Please wait" dialogue?

Try also allowing the game access to the internet in your firewall settings. If you're running one, that is.

It never gets to the please wait box it just freezes, I move around the mouse and it is the windows mouse, and I have to hard restart my comp

Do you have a just-in-time debugger that runs when a program crashes? If so, perhaps that is popping up and stealing focus from the control layer of WWP, but not the graphical layer (there are two layers in WWP's frontend.). Well, if that's happening, it's definitely a crash. Hmm.
