:) For some reson I could host a game and many people would join... but for some reson I can't any more. My IP address is still the same, the firewall is off, I run windows 2000(If thats any help), Have Road Runner Highspeed Internet, I use a COMPAG computer for the windows 2000, have ZA alarm, and Yes I have a Routter. You can search by port forwarding in google.
I have a problem about hosting, cause the ip changes when I reset my modem. I created a no-ip.org account to update it (DNS Service) and now I can :P

If doesn't fixes your problem, I don't know what more 2 do.

Maybe you got a virus or something, blocking your network traffic.
Don't turn your firewall off in order to host. Just OPEN the needed ports.

These ports are (cortesy of Port Forwarding site):
6667,80 and the range 17010-17012.

Hope this help to configurate your firewall.

Port Forwarding site is wrong, only 17011 needs to be forwarded.
