I'm just reporting 3 bugs to fix, 2 of them have been here since the day WA was released, but after all these years and patches, it still has never been fixed.


1. The tools terrain mini background is not transparrent, with the original worms armageddon version, it was fine then they released a patch which closed off the tools terrain altogeather, now resently brought back by a beta patch - it now has no transparrentcey on the black.

2. The "golden shotgun" upgrade / cheat which you unlock from rifle range training, it wont let you aim while shooting the first rounds. (Its a shotgun but shoots 2 shots per main shot, when shooting the first 2 shots / the first main shot, the aiming becomes locked so you can't move the aimer once you press space to fire the first rounds.

3. The "Cad" team speech doesn't play "ohdear.wav" speech, this is because on the CD it is saved as "oh dear.wav" (there's a space in it) Obviouasly you can't make a patch change the CD so instead could it make the game look for both "ohdear.wav" and "oh dear.wav" when it is meant to be called up. (Worm is killed) Something like that anyway.

That's all from me.

A more minor bug with the Super Shotgun is also that the shot remaining messages are displayed with each round the shotgun fires. So, the first shot (consisting of 2 shotgun rounds) displays the "1 Shot Remaining" message twice and the second shot (also consisting of 2 shotgun rounds) displays the "** NO Shots Remaining **" message twice.

It's hardly a problem but I thought I'd mention it.

I once moaned about that, but Deadcode said that it has strategic merit. Which is a fair answer, but I still think it's a bit illogical.

I agree that it has strategic merit, but only if you know about it. I was really really really confused and frustrated about it when I was a newbie, which is reason enough to "fix" it, in my opinion.
