Hey can anyone tell me how to host on Worms Armageddon and what ports I need?

you have to allow them through your firewall... some firewalls will still block the game even if you disable them... and REQUIRE you to add the game to its exceptions and add the firewalls to its exlusion list.

Well, if you don't have the internal Windows firewall nor Norton, then there only are Zonealarm and McAffee tutorials left.

If you haven't any of those either, how could someone possibly make a screenshot for you?
Maybe you should have a look at the help section and/or manual of your firewall and learn for yourself how to open ports.
