What do you expect? The game was released in spring 1997, making it more than 9 1/2 years old.

When I just checked, there were 3 people online in the Cases channel, BTW.

the game stills works fine online... and people still do play it.

Yes, there is the Worms Triple Pack a.k.a Battle Pack which includes Worms 2, Worms Armageddon and Worms World Party (plus the Worms Blast demo) and costs AUD 45.96 including tax and shipping to Australia from the T17 store.
There's also the Double Pack which includes Worms 2 and Worms Armageddon.

I highly suggest you do NOT buy the downloadable versions from Trymedia/Trygames!
They cost a multiple of the CD versions and in the case of W:A the latest beta updates don't work, so no online play.

I bought Worms 4 Mayhem for EUR 9.90 (AUD 16.44) here in Austria about a year after its release.
And Worms Blast for EUR 5.- (AUD 8.30).
