Edit: Feel free to ignore anything in this post and just vote whatever you would do, or whatever you think would annoy me the most :D
Vote now!
Tomorrow is holiday here, and if I don't go to work, I still get paid for the day. But if I go I'll get paid triple for that day.
Reasons to go: Getting paid triple.
Reasons not to go: Lazyness, rest from idiotic customers, they pay me that day anyway.

My mind isn't currently working right, so whatever wins more votes in 10 hours will be my fate.

Hmm. Triple pay? That's a tough one.

*looks for a coin to flip* :p

Hmm, no-one else voted.

Myself, I wouldn't go in, but then I am a lazy bast.

I'd say the issue really boils down to just how badly you need the money, as obvious as that may sound.

Considering exactly what your job is, I'd probably stay. :p

That would be like, $54 US instead of $18.
But would also mean having to listen to potentially 48 idiots customers.

Depends how much you need the money. Really though, if the job isn't hard then you might as well go in. 1 day less work won't make much difference but triple pay could.

Go in and then take 2 days off safe in the knowledge that you've effectively been paid for them already.

But not going to work 2 days affects my scorecard :p

Anywhow, vote is officialy closed because I would be having to be readying right now if I were to go :p
Thanks for all who voted.
Edit: must point out that by the time I posted this, not going to work was winning by one+my vote :p

What's your job? Not many jobs are to sucky to ignore a triple pay day.

Call centre, customer service for Sprint togheter with Nextel.
Even slightly worse, latin-americans, mostly from Puerto Rico. They have a tendency to sulfurate for the slightlest thing, and be paranoical about charges. They get the impression we put the charges in their bills manually or something, and that we put whatever we want in there with fancy titles like PCS data usage.
I'm also physically tired, because of excersizing, mainly the acrobacies class I'm taking.

probably too late, but if you work the holiday and take the day after off instead you get double pay + day off....

two days off every 15 years.

Um... was that a typo, or does he seriously only get 2 days off every 15 years?
That... seems harsh.

Lol, no. I get 1 day off per week(thursday) and work the rest of the week(yes that includes sunday)
After a year there I have a week off for vacations or something like that.
