hi, i cannot connect to hosts in wormnet and people can not join me in wormnet

Well those are two separate problems. As far as I know, there is nothing that can be done about the first (it's the hosts' fault, not yours). Just keep trying to join games and eventually you'll get in one.

The second problem can be solved by opening port 17011 on your firewall or router.
