He is very similar to Deadcode, and is constantly making new and great things for the community. He is open-minded, intelligent, and quite kind. He is also one of my best friends. He is great at interacting with intelligent people, with which the OD forum is filled. I really think that CyberShdw should be granted OD access.
He didn't get many votes in the last poll, because he keeps his profile quite low on the forum.

He's very actively involved in the Worms community though with his Worms Wiki and his many awsome programs.

Fudge Boy gave him the source code for The Fiddler.
Also, he is working quite closely with Deadcode (who supposedly wants T17 to get him the source code for W:A).

Right now I have to finish a non-Worms-related project, but I will get back to writing wormy stuff in a few days.
