This game is great, but we can't figure out how to manage multiple controllers. For example we all have to hsare a controller to operate our players. Is there anyway to select different controllers for different teams?

No there isn't, sorry. Codemasters decided against it for some odd reason.

And *That's* why there's the "hotseat" thingy!
