For those people who are too lazy to wander around the internet looking for MODs, updates, patches, without having to wait 4 hours and no registing, like me (:() get this AWESOME software!

It will search your hard-drive(s) for installed games, and notify you for critical updates, good mods, expansion packs, etc.

:D

Oh, and it also looks for drivers for your video card.

If you guys have any useful comments for the devs let me know and I can pass them on; I'm on the Beta team and come to think of it I'm in the credits too! :D

Ohh, fix that bug where if you end the process it doesn't let you restart it :p

Lol, I answered your question on the GS forums...

YEah, as I said on the GS forums, the WA forum style "graphics mod" would make a nice addition to it.

Nice. Apparently my graphics driver was out of date...

Heh, the only games that thing would recognise were FFVII and Cave Story. Not that useful to me since I'm not that much of an online FPS person.

You...Don't...Have...Any...Worms...Games? TRAITOR! Did you remember to do a full or multi-drive search?

Nice. Apparently my graphics driver was out of date...
....and now one of my games won't work:mad:

That is hardly GameShadow's fault! It just offers the newer drivers - you decide whether to install them.

I think someone should compile a game list with optimum driver installs against each game. GameShadow gives you benchmark results for 5 or 6 top-end games but in reality with 1000s of games out there they can't bench them all. This would be a great community project, don't you think?
