He probably means that 'Pivot' stickfigure animation program. I always sucked at using it and I don't think it's really worth using, so I can't help you. Just try some more and you'll probably get a decent one.

if you go on droidz.org select flash they have a cool flash with really good worms 3d stks but i cant find where to get them
