This is a poll that I have to do for homework, so please don't close it!

Simply vote the number of bathrooms in your house.

By bathrooms I mean the number of rooms with toilets.

It's a bit stupid, but if it's homework, oh well.

Who said 5 bathrooms?

Seems a bit excessive.

I'm so tempted to vote 9...

1 at the moment, but the new house we're having built has a bathroom, and en-suite, and a toilet in the utility room. We've waited outside while someone else takes their time one too many times...

Well, in my hall of residence at university, which was "technically" my house for the last 9 months, there were 9 lavs, 7 showers and 1 bath...

But, as I'm not living there any more, I'll go with my home :p

Three, the main bathroom, the en-suite shower room (which we generally always use because showers > baths in most everyday situations) and the downstairs loo.

What do you think is the definition of a bathroom, would a room with a loo but no sink count, or would it actualy have to have a bath/shower or what?

Because depending on the definition it's either 1 or 2 or 3.

Muzer
27 Jun 2006, 17:41
Just anything with a loo in...
BTW I voted 5!

I have 5!1!11

Ok then... I give this thread an award: The oddest thread I have ever seen award.
I'm sure there has been weirder, though, but it's the weirdest I've ever seen.

Some houses still have loos in a shed in the garden.
Some old (100+ years) apartment buildings still have a general loo in the hallway on each floor.

We used to keep coats piled on top of ours. It was too cold and damp to ever use.

More people have two bathrooms than one?

I admit I have three in my current house, but nine years ago I'd've been amazed by that.
