I bought a new screen for my pc .( a 19" screen)

And now when i try to play worms world party , half of the screen is black and half of the game is out of the screen.
I went to te settings menu and changed the resolution but nothin happpened ( I could only click on the red cross)

what should i do

The problem is with your monitors configuration. There will be some buttons on your monitor somewhere (usually on a panel below the screen) that bring up a menu and let you navigate through some monitor-specific options. Some of these will be horizontal and vertical alignment settings, so just mess around with these.
