Hi, I'm trying to play over a network with my brother. One computer uses
windows 98 the other windows xp home edition. When the multi-player game
starts (no matter who's hosting) the computer with xp, those worms start
waving the "white flag" and the game just ends. Any idea why this is
happening?

I've seached the forumes and here, the link below, and I still can't figure
out what's wrong?

Please help,
Thanks Dillan

Hi Dillan, if you have Windows XP this you have to pull down yourself PATCH in order to it plays she acted on XP. In order to to play you have to pull down all PATCHES (WA_Update-3.6 also through net.26.5_Beta). If you have Windows pull down 98 this only PATCHES. I wish nice playing :), game is really cool. This it is installed easily but it is this much. Wa is cool. Patch to game on Windows you will find XP on Emule or on some side.It is probably even on this of Forum.

I wanted to say still in order to byś he did not pull off PATCH from official side "WAPatch" because with him WormNET did not happen. You have to pull down this what I wrote higher.;)

Jerry are you using a translator? If so I can recommend another.

Seriously I am not being sarcastic, but If it is a translator you are after, I know better ones.

Anyway, Dillan....you have updated to latest patch?

Also I have a netgear router. Do I need to do anything with it? I didn't think I did because I was not trying to go wormnet.

Oh yes. Go to www.nanacide.com/wahelp/wnguide-router.php . It doesn't matter is it doesn't have your exact router, as it has a netgear one, and the instructions should be about the same.

How do I switch worms in tournament play? The owners manual says "spacebar" but that doesn't switch worms, just wires a weapon.
Thanks,
Dillan

If you have worm select enabled in the options screen, you can switch through your worms with the TAB key, before you move or select a weapon (opening the weapons panel works).

If you want to use the select worm weapon, you need to select it (small image appears above the worms head the continuously glances to his left and right) and activate it with the spacebar (rotating arrows appear). Then use the TAB key to switch between your worms.

Note: The select worm weapon dissappears from your weapons panel if you only have one worm left.

AFAIK nothing appears above the worm's head - however when this "weapon" is selected, the worm continuously glances to his left and right.

Yes, you are right.
