when I use the "Back" button to return to the forum.team17.com homepage, just a white screen appears! This happens about 75% of the time. I'll get a screenie in soon.

What are you viewing when you go "back"? Have you just used the quick reply feature?

I've just done a couple of "tests" in Firefox (1.5.0.1, I think, on mac OSX) - viewing this thread, going back to the homepage, going to this thread, posting a quick reply, going back to the homepage, then deleting this post and going back to the homepage, and didn't get any blank screens...

Also, you know there's a link to the homepage just beneath the Team17 logo ;)

It just randomly hjappens... sometimes it happens when I do quick reply, sometimes when I'm just browsing.
Might it be the Google Web Accelerator?

As you can see, the icon in the address bar is there, just not the page or the title...

Well...my main browser is Firefox and i never had such problem, so it's probably related to some other stuff... maybe the google thingie you have installed...
