... we're still alive. Satan running a little late?

Which time zone is he in, anyway?

He's got tons of ironing to do. Give him until 06:06:06

If anything was going to happen, it would've happened at 06:06:06 on 6/6/666... or something. It's funny that people actually believe in this mumbojumbo.

Why's Australia still on the map, then? Satan forgot to set his alarm clock. *thumbs down*

I use Swatch Internet Time (http://www.swatch.com/internettime).
Satan never visited me at @666.

That's daft. 1728 or 4096 beats would have been better than 1000. Base ten is rubbish.

Trying to metricise time and make it look cool. I used to use .beats at an old community to coordinate a scheduled chat until someone pointed out that GMT has been a globally-recognised time for years and never shifts.

Yes, but it's much cooler to have an Internet time. A 'timezone' specifically made for us geeks!

But it's not really a time zone if it covers the entire globe. It's also inaccurate. It's just a way to sell watches and ironically you could never buy .beat watches commonly on the highstreet in the UK and these days no Swatch watches at all in most of those places.

In any case that Internet Time doesn't fix the problem since an easily accesable time for one timezone could be not so helpful for another, and with Internet Time it's even harder to tell what the time really is. Plus each timezone still needs a different method to convert to Beats so it just creates a bigger mess.

GMT ftw!

Funny thing is, a certain webcomic I know of that shut down a while ago has been set to relaunch on 06/06/06 at 6:06 PM.

...Wait, it's the 7th already? CRAP

You know, it was revealed to me yesterday night, it wasn't suposed to be the end of the world, it was merely the day of the beast. Casually, there was a presidencial debate(between the candidates to presidency), in which Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador finally made an appearance in*. The day of the Beast I say!
If he gets elected president of my country, only glod knows what will happen.

This of course won't make sense unless you've been following the Mexican election year.
Which I wouldn't recommend unless you want to know how bad I'm gonna do during the next 6 years, or if you want to have a couple laughs.:p

*AMLO refused to appear in a previous debate, and as such they decided to leave an empty chair for him during the whole thing, probably to spice things up a bit.

The only sign of 06/06/06 that I've found so far is that Soldat has mysteriously stopped working. Like, globally.

It's cause of the advertisement we usually see when it opens, man.

There's a workaround for it, message me on MSN sometimes so i can explain it to you, k?

I'm still not convinced it's too smart of an idea.

Well... then maybe you shouldn't judge things without knowing what it's about... Cause i bet you had the wrong idea from the word "workaround" i used previously...

Is it the workaround that involves setting localhost to the ad server?
