2a) Save it as a preset (Presets...-User presets-Save preset...)
3) Get the text file from your \watercolor\presets\whatever.txt
4) Upload it as an attatchment, or post it within [code] tags
5) If you want, post a small screenshot as well!

The night one is self-explanatory. The liquid nitrogen one is solid bocause you can't really see into liquid nitrogen, and it was the best technique to make a foggy-looking top.
