Hello WWP fans,
I am looking for being able to play the game in a Window, not in full screen mode. Is it possible?

Thanks for your time! ;)

Not easily.

It's probably possible; the question is whether you're willing to put in the effort.

Worms Armageddon can run on Linux in a window using Wine. WWP will probably run the same way (but I haven't tried it). You're probably using windows. You'll either have to boot into Linux (probably even more inconvenient than full screen mode), run WWP remotely on a Linux machine that's networked to your windows machine, or emulate it somehow. Cygwin has an X server and an ssh client that you can use to make WWP appear in a window in your native windows environment even though it runs on a Linux machine. There's a version of Linux that you can run on a windows machine (without emulation so it shouldn't be too slow) that can act as if it's on a network.

But it's probably not worth all that.

Thanks for the info! I will try some ways to run the game emulated in another machine, or something.

If i success in anything, i will post it =)

WINE has been compiled to run in Windows too, It may seem redundant but hey, it will probably work.

It won't work. A few of the DLLs work on Windows, but none of the directx stuff does, and Wine's virtual desktop mode depends on some low-level things that will probably never be ported.

Unless you're on a Unix-like system, Wine isn't the right thing for this.
