While the art seems really simple and crappy at times, the movement, camera angles, style and sync were all brilliant, and I'm really looking forward to this author's next submissions. Plus, that was the best FLCL song ever. (Y) I also think I got the whole metaphor, though I don't think I can really explain everything clearly.

I'm also surprised it didn't get more credit; crap like Lilium with static characters, no animation and absurd plots get top 1st all the time and quality stuff never gets above a daily 2st place.

I'm also surprised it didn't get more credit; crap like Lilium with static characters, no animation and absurd plots get top 1st all the time and quality stuff never gets above a daily 2st place.

I don't particularly care that the art wasn't awesome, I don't think it really needed to be. It was alright most of the time, and the animation was pretty damn amazing, which really outshone any failings in the art. That was easily the best song I've seen on a flash animation too, and it fitted seamlessly with the animation.

I'm not sure if there actually is a point. I thought that too, but it still felt like it had one. Unlike most pointless random stuff it kept to one theme.

Ok, well not the FAQ, but one of the about things, and I quote.

My allergies had kicked up right around August (when I was playing around with the idea of animating this flash), and I was taking these congestion pills that only succeeded in making me both groggy and STIL crappy at the same time.

With each dose, I could slowly feel each pill slide down my throat and into oblivion. I always wondered what kind of an impression the pill would make once it reached its destination.

What would happen if the germs/viruses wanted to put up a fight?

You know what's funny? When US/European people look at PPG, they see a funny, sometimes clever parody of super hero shows and comics. When Japanese studios look at it and aquire the license, it's an "omg kawaii magical girls sailor moon ripoff cash-in ^_________^" type of thing.
