Yup, this is now the official Zero's Stuff thread. Anything I draw and feel like showing off will now find itself here. Don't be surprised if this thread drops off the face of the Earth and returns in a month laden with a big ol' steamin' heap of new Zero crap. :p

Do forgive me if I occasionally post non-Worms stuff. I do draw more than Worms, you know. Sometimes.

I suppose this thread will also double as yet another of those "I'll Freakin' Draw You" threads, but don't get carried away with it. :p I want more comments besides "Draw me, draw me, OGM DARW MEH," and while I'll probably attempt everyone who requests, it may take me a while to get around to it.

Our first entry is Zero Worm drawn from the back. This, ladies and gents, is what the back of Zeor's helmet looks like. So now you know. :p

It's certainly not the prettiest picture I've ever drawn, but it doesn't need to be. It gets the job done.

As a nostalgic sort of bonus, I've also attached the first ever hand-drawn pic of Zero Worm, which was done almost two years ago. Man, my style has evolved radically, huh? Just look at the old comics on my website. Holy cow.

I have stuff to scan, methinks, but I'm too lazy to do it now.

Thanks, man. :) On the Avatar front, I'm doing a little fine-tuning as we speak, using Paint. I know, the mere mention of MS Paint pains the ears of so many on the Forum but I find it quite good for pixel-sized details. Which is good when you're only working in 2500 pixels.

After that, I'll either start on that mini-comic or do more work on the wallpaper.

I thought the same about paint until i saw the pencil tool in photoshop :D

Ok, I've finished fine-tuning it, and though the changes may be tough to spot to the untrained eye, they made all the difference to me, and I think I'm happy with it now. As happy as I can be with a 50x50, anyway. :p

I think I'll do that mini-comic now.

I like funny web comics. Most of the stuff I find that's related to Worms is original and amusing. I reckon it takes a clever mind to come up with good ideas. Even though your Vader comic seemed to have no punch, it showed a side of him that I'm very familiar with, so I recognise the quality of the story.

If you don't mind, I'd like to be added to your list. Though there isn't much to go by, looking at my sigworm. He's meant to be a worm version of Voldo from Soul Calibur.

Anyway, apparently, all of my efforts to bring up my school grades, although successful, have been in vain, so I'm stuck with a mere hour of computer time per day. This means you can expect a lot less stuff for the next 2 or 3 weeks.

Anyway, I actually moved a pencil tonight. The stuff I doodled wasn't up to par (read: sucks) but everything seems to be functioning alright.

I've got a reasonably good sketch of HuntaKilla drawn up with one major error which could probably be removed by computer, and also a sketch of Bucket. Sooner or later, I'll get around to your enlargement requests, too.

Here you go, much larger than the actual pencil drawing, which means every minor flaw and otherwise ugly part is magnified about 5 times. ;)

Brief explanation: The character depicted is not Zero, but his parallel from an alternate dimension where evil is supreme. While this character has gone under the names Evil Zero and Dark Zero, his true and proper name is Thanatos (click for explanation.) (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=Thanatos) I also recently found out that Thanatos is the name of the scythe that the angel of Death uses to reap souls, so the name really is pretty appropriate. As you might expect, Thanatos's abilities are roughly equal to those of Zero, but his helmet is black, his eyes have some other-wordly kind of property to them, he has fangs and he wields a read beam scythe as opposed to Zero's green beam saber. In his own dimension, Thanatos is known and feared by all, but in this dimension he knows better than to look for trouble when the good guys always seem to win here.

In case you're confused (that seems to happen a lot around here) the comic containing Thanatos is due out on the next update.

There's a purple dude who looks like Boba Fett called Vile, he rides a big mech suit in the first level of the game which is green, but if you play the game through you will see he's just a big fag in a mech suit, not a big cool green dude.

firstly, it's spelled Boba Fett and secondly, replace the word "you" with "Capcom" and you're correct.

Worm Mad and I are going to collaborate on a new comic. He has written the script, and sooner or later, I'll begin drawing it. You can probably expect this comic along with the two others on my next update.

Also, I got a pretty good idea for a new mini-comic last night, so hopefully you'll be seeing that soon, as well.

All you need to do is look at them straight in the eyes, be strict, speak with pretty loud voice but sound happy and make yourself look tall. And last but not least act suspiciously social. Trust me on this one, humans are easy to contol if they are not aware of it.

Howdy, folks, me again, just making sure my thread doesn't actually vanish into the mists of time or soem crap like that.

You'll be happy or apathetic to know that I've started drawing again, and while my skills had gotten dull and dusty, I was able to dust and sharpen them within a few days, and I think I've really got my groove back. That DAMN update IS COMING sooner or later, I swear, or I wouldn't keep saying so. I think you guys are gonna love these two comics, really. And also, remember that project I mentioned where Worm Mad wrote the script and I'm supposed to be drawing a comic to it? I plan on starting that within the next few days, after which I will attempt to draw yet another comic based on a rudimentary plot idea suggested by Slick.

I have a few other tricks up my sleeve that will also go into this update whenever it happens. I'll try to make it as big as I can.

I'd love to show you some doodles, but my scanner is on the fritz right now. Such is life.

So I was sitting here, right? And I decided to take a quick browse through the Fan Art forum, my hangout of old, since I haven't really paid any attention to it in a while. As I browsed, however, an indistinct feeling began to grow in the back of my mind. As I continued looking, the feeling grew stronger and stronger, to the point where it threatened to consume my entire mind! I blacked out briefly, and when I came to, my pencil was in my hand -- the same one used to draw the last few Ground Zero comics! The feeling had become sentient and was struggling with all its might to escape my shrivelled little mind and take on a form of its own! Letting the powers that be work their dark magic, a few tense moments elapsed, after which I looked at my paper and saw this.

I'm better now.
