Nope...I generally dont move my wrist and only really have my fingerstips touching the mouse so I have alot of movement but the mouse is kinda pinned down.
I also don't play FPS because Halo is better on Xbox and Planetside costs money to play. All the rest suck.

From my point of view this thread is an active discussion in which I can inject pictures at any time day or night without anyone's permission or prior notice and they'll be commented on.

I dont care what people do in this thread as long as I get feedback on my work. That said I dont appreciate people dragging the quality of the thread down with uselessness, annoyingness, excessive bad humour or general bad vibes. Those rules do not apply to me of course.

Next time I do some fanart I will post it here...until then, if you have nothing to say in this thread then dont say anything until you do... If your only goal in this thread is to comment on my art and yet I have not posted any since you last commented then obviously you do not need to comment. If however you wish to take part in the random discussions and jokes the thread has produced and hopefully will produce long into the future, so be it.

So if you do only wish to comment on my art, and you are as keen as you seem to be AK, you should have about the same number posts in this thread as images I've posted.

I USE FLASH AND A WIRELESS MOUSE

I could be using Flash 3 for what I do...although I do use MX...if Paint could detect gaps like Flash and had as advanced a selection function I'd use Paint...

My point is the programme itself doesnt do anything creative or artistic. What is people's obsession with what programme people use?

I drew the star using the brush, then I used the soften edges to blur it, then I duplicated it a few times and made it concentric (getting smaller towards the middle), then I skewed it too look like it was on the floor.

I'm good with Flash, that's another reason I use it.

Skewing and blurring stuff isn't hard. Well, it is with Flash, but not otherwise.

picture is good, could be bigger which in turn would allow you to do more detail. The concept behind it is cool but dont assume that flash will make a good idea look good.

When you open flash press Ctrl+1 to make it go to 100% zoom, then draw your picture. When you have finished drawing, click File>Export to Image and choose the setting you require.

In the Include dropdown, choose Minimum Image Area. Adjust the quality to meet the 100k filesize limit.

Another tip at the start is to press Ctrl+J to bring up the properties box, and set the dimensions to 468x468. If your image exceeds the work area you know it's too big. In that case, you can either crop it or choose Full Document Size in the Include dropdown. Full document Size will ignore anything outside the work area and include any blank space within the work area, resulting in a 468x468 image no matter what.

All he did was take Team17 animations and put them together smoothly.

Actually, all I did was run W:A, perform the move, export the wagame to "video", open each exported image as a frame, draw a box on a new layer, move the box every frame to keep the action central to the box, crop the whole image to the size of the box, nudge the layers so the box on each frame was central to the frame, remove the box layer and optimise it.

So, basically, I didn't do much. I just like the concept more than anything else.
